I have worked in the Luxury Brand market for nearly 30 years, and know that customers are discerning when it comes to choosing product for their individual needs whether it is a new winter coat or investing in a new kitchen or bathrooms. Good customer service and imparting knowledge about the products that they are interested in is key to making a customer feel confident that they have chosen the right company to design and install their goods.
It feels good to be part of a family owned and operated company in these times where most independents are being swallowed up by the multi nationals, and this is a determining factor when it comes to looking after our clientele.
