At Obsidian we pride ourselves on our bespoke service. Clients are encouraged to weave around the 55 kitchen & bathroom displays spanning two floors within a 580m2 area. Product knowledge & technical advice is never far away in the most unobtrusive of manners with our designers strategically placed around the showroom.

A free site visit & design service is offered to all our clients who are then invited back to the showroom for a presentation. Our expert designers can show hi-tech computerized imagery of your proposed kitchen or bathroom on large format screens, or alternatively if preferred, our talented bathroom team can produce hand drawings & picture boards. After the recommendations are made, the client is encouraged to make some final decisions & if required return for a second presentation, showing any changes made to the plans.

Products can then be purchased on a supply only basis, or you can use our experienced teams of certified fitters to complete the installation works. Please see project management section
